Hi there,
I am Jill Chittenden and I am the first person you see or hear when you call or pop into our office.

My main role is to understand your needs and be able to connect you with the best person in our team who can help.

Prior to working for Encore I worked in a busy legal office. This has helped me appreciate how important the correct and expedient lodgement of documents is. It is my duty to lodge all returns with the Australian Taxation Office. It is also my responsibility to attend to new company set-ups, ASIC and as well as ATO lodgements.

I also handle all correspondence and make sure that all important documents are filed correctly so that there are no errors or delays in getting your work done.

In a few words, I make the flow of communication and documentation in and outside of our office as smooth as possible.

I have been with Encore Accounting for 8 years, but before that I worked for 19 years in a large law firm in the city.

What I most appreciate about Encore Accounting is the great team and camaraderie we share – we have fun and work well, which also contributes to building great relationships with our clients and business partners. I like helping our clients and learning new things.

Outside of work I am a busy mum of 3 and have recently become a grandmother.

I am Sheetal Sharma. I am the Administrative Assistant at Encore Accounting. My role is to assist the team in the day to day administrative tasks in the office. I am from Fiji and have a background in Accounting and Information System Management.  It is my name you see on all the Practice Ignition proposals. I help the accounting team be more productive by taking away any administrative work
